The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen the management of central treasury funds for agricultural production disaster prevention and relief, improve efficiency in the use of funds, enhance the capacity of agricultural disaster prevention and relief, and reduce losses caused by agricultural disasters. The Measures consists of 17 articles. The Measures provide for the requirements and rules to be satisfied regarding the allocation, use, management and supervision of the funds.
