Administrative measures for the central treasury funds for the development of specialized farmers’ cooperatives.

These Measures, consisting of 19 Articles, are formulated in accordance with the Budget Law of the People's Republic of China and the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Farmers’ Cooperatives in order to strengthen and standardize the use and management of the central treasury fund for the development of farmers’ specialized cooperatives, and to improve efficiency in the use of fiscal funds.
