These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Circular Economy Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulation on the Administration of Recovery and Disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic Products, aiming to strengthen the administration of the circulation of the used electrical and electronic products, promote the comprehensive utilization of resources, and protect environment, and other laws and regulations.
