These Measures are enacted to strengthen the inspection and quarantine management of feeds used for edible animals for export, and ensure the sanitary quality of exported edible animals. the Measures consists of 27 Articles divided into 5 chapters: General matters; Feed production enterprise registration and filing; Inspection, quarantine, supervision and management; Supplementary provisions.
