Administrative measures for the use of mineral resource compensation.

The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen and standardize the management of the use of mineral resource compensation. The Measures consist of 14 articles. The Measures provide for the requirements and rules to be satisfied regarding the source, allocation, use, management, supervision and inspection of the compensation.
