The purpose of these Regulations is to strengthen the construction of farmland shelter-belts. The Regulations consist of 30 Articles divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Planning and Construction (II); Protection and Management (III); Legal liabilities(IV); Supplementary Provisions(V).
