These Regulations are enacted in order to strengthen the administration of production and circulation of alcoholic drinks of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, to maintain the order of alcoholic drink market, and to protect the lawful rights and interests of consumers. The Regulations containi 45 Articles divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions; Administration of Alcoholic Drinks; Administration on Circulation of Alcoholic Drinks; Punishment Provisions; Supplementary Provisions.
