This Regulation sets out the rules relating to Reviews and Appeals. It is divided into 5 parts as follows: Part 1 - Definitions; Part 2 - Administrative Review Procedure; Part 3 Forest Appeals Commission Procedure; Part 4 - Annual Report of Forest Appeals Commission and Part 5 - Transition.
