The present Law introduces some minor amendments, inter alia, to the Nature Protection Law (LGBl. No. 45/1998) and the Environment Liability Law (LGBl. No. 38/2009). In particular, the Law substitutes the words “court” with the words “court of law”. The text consists of 11 articles.
