These Rules implement provisions of the Admiralty Act in relation with, among other things:, caveats against arrest of a ship or other property; caveats against the release from arrest of the ship or property; proceedings based on action in personam or action in rem including preliminary acts; arrest of a ship or other property and custody of ships or other property under arrest; release of ships or other property for arrest; bail and the filing a bail bond; and sale of a ship or other property
