This Act declares adulteration of produce an offence. "Produce" includes india rubber, caout-chouc, coffee, tea, cotton, gums, ivory, tobacco, grain, oils, rice, and every other produce, whether raw or partly or wholly manufactured. Special provision is made with respect to rubber.
