The present Agreement establishes that the Canton Basel-Stadt shall replace the existing regional Waste Incineration Plant with a new one. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Acceptance obligation (1); Warranty for non-utilization of the contract amount (2); Art and supply of municipal waste (3); Costs (4); Obligation to provide information (5); Entry into force (6).
