The Fishing Commission for the Zurichsee and Walensee is entrusted with the execution of the present Agreement on fishing in the afore-mentioned waterbodies. Article 3 lists detailed tasks of the Fishing Commission, for example, to establish the authorized fishing gear and methods. The text consists of 6 Parts as follows: Supervisions of fishing (I); Entitlement to fishing (II); Measures to promote fishing (III); Accounting (IV); Penalties (V); Implementing and transitional provisions (VI).
