An agreement between the Federal State and the Land of Lower Austria for the establishment of a National Park Company in the area of Thayatal. It establishes in detail the legal form of the company, its tasks, such as management and maintenance of the said National Park, as well as its financial aspects, settlement of disputes, entry into force, and duration. The agreement consists of 12 articles.
