The aim of the present agreement is to promote the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from buildings exceeding maximum emission standards. The contracting parties undertake to promote adequate patterns for the improvement of heat protection, as well as the use of environment friendly building materials. Furthermore, they also plan to increase the redevelopment of buildings. The text consists of 14 articles.
