Considering the friendly relations between the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia- Herzegovina and wishful to contribute to the social and economic development of Bosnia-Herzegowina, Germany enables the Council of Ministers of Bosnia-Herzegovina to receive financial contributions from the German Development Bank for the following projects: i) Energy Sector Programme II; ii) Promotion of production of renewable energy, in particular of wind energy
