Considering the friendly relations between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Armenia and wishful to contribute to the social and economic development of Armenia, Germany enables the Government of Armenia or other by both Parties selected beneficiaries to receive financial contributions from the German Development Bank for, inter alia, the Programme “Promoting renewable energy”. The text consists of 5 articles.
