Considering the friendly relations between the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of the Republic of Bolivia and wishful to contribute to the social and economic development of Bolivia, Germany enables the Council of Ministers of Bolivia to receive financial contributions from the German Development Bank for the project “Plant Variety and Protected Areas”. The text consists of 5 articles.
