Considering the friendly relations between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Ecuador and wishful to contribute to the social and economic development of Ecuador, Germany enables the Government of Ecuador or other by both Parties selected beneficiaries to receive financial contributions from the German Development Bank for the following projects: i) “Protection of Tropical Forest”; ii) “Renewable Energies Galapagos”. The text consists of 5 articles.
