The Government of the Federal Republic of Germany enables the Government of the Republic of India or other by both Parties selected beneficiaries to receive a low-interest loan from the German Development Bank for the following projects: a) “Renewable energy programme”; b) “Promotion programme decentralized renewable energy”; c) “Solar energy programme”; d) “Promotion of clean energy”. The text consists of 6 articles.
