The present Agreement between the Länder Länder Free Hanseatic Town Bremen, Free and Hanseatic Town Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Niedersachsen and Schleswig-Holstein lays down provisions relating to the protection of the coastal sea by the competent police authorities. In particular, the text deals with the protection of the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. The text consists of 9 articles and 2 Annexes.
