The present Agreement between the Länder Brandenburg and Berlin lays down provisions relating to the highest mining authority and to the transfer of competences in the sphere of energy. Article 1 establishes that as regards Berlin, this authority is the Mining, Geology and Natural Resources Office of Brandenburg.
