The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following areas: (a) validation of rules and regulations governing the rational management, reproduction and conservation of aquatic biological resources; (b) supervising the management of aquatic biological resources; (c) supplying fish products to the internal market and exporting them; (d) establishing common standards for fish processing equipment and fishing gear; (e) licensing fisheries; and (f) preventing the pollution of waterbodies.
