According to Article 1 of the above-mentioned Agreement, the Land of Baden-Wurttemberg establishes a Central Waste Disposal Body (Central Coordinating Body) responsible for the transboundary movement of waste. The text deals with the following issues: tasks and competences of the Central Coordinating Body, support of the Body on behalf of the other Länder, financing, duration of validity, ratification and entry into force.
