The Cantons Appenzell Ausserrhoden, Appenzell Innerrhoden agree to implement jointly legal provisions concerning food control. For this purpose they issue identical provisions implementing the Federal Law of Foodstuff of 9 October 1992. The Canton of Schaffhausen allows its chemical laboratories to be used for the sampling of foodstuff and potable water. The text consists of 12 articles.
