These Regulations implement the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Act 1992 by prescribing the requirements for labels and advice notes for fertilizers; the manner in which labels and advice notes must be supplied to buyers of fertilizers or accompany fertilizers; and standards for fertilizers.
