This Act sets forth provisions on agricultural charges on farming stock and assets, effect of fixed charge, effect of floating charge, notice of agricultural charge, supplementary provisions to agricultural charges, registration of agricultural charges, restriction on publication of agricultural charges, sanctions in case of fraud, validity of contracts for the advancement to a farmer of inputs or other items required for agricultural production, and obligations to make full disclosure of costs
