This Act makes provision for approval and registration of agricultural factories, i.e. factories used for the purpose of manufacturing, preserving, packing or otherwise preparing for sale or export of any agricultural, floricultural or horticultural produce of The Bahamas. Such producers shall benefit from certain exemptions on importation of goods.
