Agricultural Pests Act; Control Measures: Amendment (No. R. 76 of 2013).

This Order of the Minister of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries, acting under section 6 of the Agriculture Pests Act, 1983, amend the Control Measures by substituting Table 10 in respect of fees payable for services such as an examination for purposes of permit of exemption from the stipulations of a control measure.
