This Act makes provision for protection of agriculture from risks caused by catastrophes. It amends the Federal Crop Insurance and provides with respect to insurance functions of the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation establishes by that Act. This Act also, among other things: provides with respect to a non-insured crop disaster assistance program; provides with respect to biomass research and development; provides with respect to plant protection.
