This Order delegates to the Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture and Food the powers and duties of the Minister for Agriculture and Food under the Acts and Instruments specified in this Order. All the powers and duties of the Minister for Agriculture and Food conferred on the Minister :(a) by or under the Acts specified in the Schedule 1 to this Order; (b) under the Statutory Instruments specified in the Schedule 2 to this Order; and (c) in so far as it relates to an Act or statuto
