This Order confers powers and duties of the Minister for Agriculture and Food to the Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture and Food insofar as they relate to Acts and Instruments specified in Part 1 or 2 of the Schedule to this Order. The legislation concerns keeping of livestock, health and wellbeing of animals and trade in animals and animal products.
