These Regulations amend the Agriculture (Cross compliance) (No. 2) Regulations 2009 in Schedule 1 on standards of good agricultural and environmental condition by adding provisions of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales)Regulations 2010 (S.I. 2010/675) to the list of provisions which constitute failures of cross compliance by claimants of subsidy under the single payment scheme. The provisions concern failures to comply with requirements relating to groundwater activities.
