The name of the Department of State, the present name of which is, in the Irish language, an Roinn Talmhaíochta, Bia agus Forbartha Tuaithe and, in the English language, the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Development, is altered, in the Irish language, to that of an Roinn Talmhaíochta agus Bia and, in the English language, to that of the Department of Agriculture and Food.
