Agriculture (Loans and Guarantees) (Jersey) Law 1974.

This Law grants powers to the States to provide for lending of money for prescribed agricultural purposes and giving of guarantees in respect of bank loans made for such purposes. Regulations made by the States shall provide for the establishment of the Agricultural Loans and Guarantees Fund.
