These Regulations, made under the Agriculture Quarantine Act 1984, prescribe in the Schedule fees for purposes of the Act including fees for: honey export certificate for private exporters; (application for) a meat products import permit for commercial or private importers; (application for) an animal import permit for commerial or private importers (including ova or semen); treatment of plant consignments; vegetable or fruit import permit.
