This Law may be cited as the Air Quality (Amendment) Law of 2005 and shall be read as one with the Air Quality (Amendment) (No. 2) Law of 2004 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Air Quality (Amendment) Laws, 2002-2005.
