This Regulation implements the Clean Air Act by making detailed provisions on the construction, modification and operation of stationary sources of air contaminants (Part I), standards for smoke density and smoke release (Part II), performance testing (Part III), volatile compounds (Part IV), and classification of sources (Part V).
