Alberta Pulse Growers Commission Federal Authorization Order (Alta. Reg. 82/2005).

The present Order enacts both the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act of Alberta and the Federal Agricultural Products Marketing Act. Section 2 establishes that the Marketing Council hereby authorizes the Alberta Pulse Growers Commission to perform all functions and duties and exercise all powers imposed or conferred on the Commission under the Federal Act. The text consists of 2 sections.
