These Regulations allow a boat entered in the Register of Fishing Boats or in the EU Community Fishing Fleet Register to land or tranship alfonsinos caught in the International Council for the Exploration of the Sea (ICES) sub-areas III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X and XII from 1 February 2005. The amount of alfonsinos shall, however, not exceed 10 percent of the weight of the total catch of quota species landed or transhipped on any occasion.
