This Act aims at regulating the alternative breastfeeding and infant food, commercially prepared and use of additional equipment (Marketing Control). It establishes protection and encouragement of breastfeeding, and at prohibiting the advertisement, import, distribution and sale of breast-milk substitutes. Furthermore, breast-milk substitutes shall have to be sold under certain conditions as per their labelling, in particular: the name of the product printed in the same size font size 'mother's
