This Act establishes the Alternative Energy Fund ("Fund"). Payments may be made out of the Fund for the development, marketing, and operation of alternative energy systems and for related matters. Sums received for a specific purpose shall only be used for that purpose. The Cabinet may make Regulations prescribing all matters that are necessary or convenient to be prescribed in the operation of the Fund. (7 sections)
