Amedments to the regulation concerns the placing of plant protection products on the market.

The amendments concern the request for the analysing and authorization of new plant protection products: a) sample of active substance shall be submitted in the original packing and b) shall be accompanied by the certificate of production or c) that the substance is listed in the Annex I of the Council Directive 91/414/EC (European Union) (article 5).
