Article 5 of the Seventh Act amending the Act on medecines of 19 October 1994 amends on its turn the Act on foodstuff and articles of daily use in its consolidated version of 9 September 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2296). A second paragraph is added to article 29 on Protection from fraud and implementation of community law .
