A new section is added to the principal Regulations. This section prescribes that all activities regulated by this Chapter shall comply with the terms, conditions, provisions and management plans for any National State or traditional conservation area, preserve or protected area as established by laws. Regulations 7 and 8 are amended so as to introduce similar provisions for the construction of any new or existing stationary sources and the operation of new or existing stationary sources.
