This amendment of the Earthmoving Regulations requires persons who obtain a permit for earthmoving operations in accordance with reg. 14 of the Regulations, to comply with the terms, conditions, provisions and management plans for any national, state or traditional conservation area, preserve or other protected area as established by law.
