This Amendment of the Fishery Management Plan for the Shrimp Fishery of the Gulf of Mexico requires the installation of NMFS-certified Bycatch Reduction Devices (BRD's) that reduce the bycatch of finfish by at least 30% by weight in each net used aboard vessels trawling for shrimp in the Gulf of Mexico EEZ east of Cape San Blas, Florida.
