These Rules amend the Rules of the National Council of Societies for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals: in rule 4.6 concerning appointments; in rule 5.25 concerning the raising of funds by a society; and by adding a new rules (4.8,5.38,5.39) on membership, pre and post home inspections in relation with adopted animals; and the keeping of exotic animals by a Society.
