This Notice of the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs amends the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations Listing Notice 1 by adding two new items. These items concern the construction and expansion of facilities for the treatment of effluent, sewage or wastewater of a specified daily throughput capacity.
