This Notice of the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs amends the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations Listing Notice 2 by adding a new item in Appendix 1. This item concerns the construction of facilities for the treatment of effluent, sewage or wastewater of a specified daily throughput capacity.
